The Textiles Studio is MakeICT’s space for fabric arts, sewing, quilting, and fiber creativity. Located in Room 8, it’s outfitted with a wide range of tools including domestic sewing machines, sergers, industrial machines, an embroidery setup, and even a Gammill longarm quilting machine. With padded work tables, mannequins, and plenty of space for cutting, ironing, and stitching, members can take on everything from simple repairs to complex garment construction, quilting, and needle arts projects.
